Livrarea se efectuează în Romania prin serviciile de curierat oferite de Cargus, Sameday sau al altor firme de curierat la adresa sau opțiunea de livrare menționată de client în Formularul de Comandă, în cadrul secțiunii “Adresă de livrare” sau “Alegere locker”. Taxele pentru livrarea produselor se indică în procesul de plasare a comenzii.
In accordance with the current legislation O.U.G. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal applies only to individual customers. Thus, the consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they are withdrawing from the purchase, without penalties and without stating a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product. The right of withdrawal within 14 days applies only to orders delivered by courier. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, in the original packaging with all accessories, all product-related labels, and the accompanying documents. Returns and exchanges of products are free on the Site.
In accordance with Article 16 lit. c of O.G. 34/2014, if the consumer (Buyer) opts to purchase clearly personalized products, made according to the specifications indicated by the consumer (Buyer), and as a result, the products are modified at the buyer's request, the buyer accepts that such products are not eligible for return or replacement, and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal.
In the event that the customer requests withdrawal from the contract within the legal withdrawal period, they must also return any gifts or promotional products that accompanied the respective product.
If the products are returned in a condition where they can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to request a reduction in the value of the product to restore it to its original state or, at the customer's option, to return the products at their expense. In the event that the product is taken back by us, the amount will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification.
Consumatorul este responsabil să le trimită la adresa vânzătorului care este indicată în documentele de achiziție și pe site, în decurs de cel mult 14 zile de la data la care acesta a comunicat decizia să de retragere din contract către ALMAZ VENTURES & CONSULTING SRL.
Produsele realizate la comandă, personalizate conform specificațiilor clientului, nu pot fi returnate conform prevederilor Ordinului 130/2000 Cap.2 Art.10, litera c), care se referă la contractele de furnizare a unor produse executate după specificațiile consumatorului sau a produselor distinct personalizate, precum și a celor care, prin natura lor, nu pot fi returnate sau care se pot degrada ori deteriora rapid. În acest caz, returnarea poate fi efectuată numai în cazul constatării unor vicii de fabricație, conform articolului 7.9.2.
1. Fill out the return form provided to you in the order history section or by email at contact@almazbijouterie.ro. In order to complete the return form, you need to be logged into your account.
2. Prepare the package for return and send it to the address provided.
3. Once we receive the product back, we will inspect it and process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
*The deadline is met if the products are sent back by courier before the expiry of the 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.
How do you receive the money back?
The refund will be made to the account from which the payment was made using online banking.
Updates regarding the progress of the complaint, such as receipt, acceptance, or rejection, will be communicated via email. It is possible that we may also contact you by phone.
To maintain the integrity and shine of your jewelry, the following are recommended:
- It is ideal to store the jewelry in its original packaging or in a special pouch and handle them with care.
- Periodically wipe them with a special polishing cloth for jewelry.
- Avoid wearing jewelry while sleeping and avoid applying acidic substances directly over them (such as perfume, hairspray, or lotion), as this can damage the metal or the shine of the crystal/stone.
- Jewelry maintains its shine and beauty over the years if carefully cared for and stored properly.
